These Terms govern use of “Spot the Difference - dumapp” (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. A minor must obtain parent or guardian review or consent where required by applicable law or the terms of the relevant app store.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not violate law or third-party rights, access, alter, or disrupt the App or its delivery systems without authorization, misuse advertising or purchase systems, or otherwise interfere with operation of the App.

3. Advertising and in-app purchases

The App contains advertising and may offer a one-time Ad-Free Premium purchase. The purchase screen shows the price and benefits. Google Play or Apple App Store terms and processes govern purchases, restoration, and refunds. See Purchase support for product details and support policy.

4. Intellectual property

The App, illustrations, text, design, trademarks, and other content are owned by dumapp or their respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

5. Changes and discontinuation

dumapp may change or discontinue the App when reasonably required by law, store rules, technology, or operations. Paid-feature delivery, restoration, and end-of-service handling follow the published purchase-support policy and applicable law.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, dumapp does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

7. Privacy

Information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when laws or the service change. Material changes will be announced in the App, store listing, or on this website.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Where legally permitted, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
