Purchase, Restore, and Refund Support
This page explains Ad-Free Premium and what to do if you need help after purchase.
1. Ad-Free Premium
Ad-Free Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It removes all advertising, lets you collect the once-daily 10 Hanamaru reward without watching an ad, and provides unlimited extra hints and failed-round continues that preserve found marks without spending Hanamaru. Chapter progression gates still use Hanamaru as usual.
The purchase is tied to the store account used for purchase and can be restored on supported devices using the same platform. Google Play and Apple App Store purchases are separate and do not transfer between platforms.
The planned price in Japan is JPY 700 including tax. Outside Japan, the local price and taxes shown by the applicable store at checkout apply. Confirm the displayed price before purchasing.
2. Restore a purchase
- Sign in on the device with the same Google Account or Apple Account used for the purchase.
- While online, open the App and choose “Settings → Ad-Free Premium → Restore purchase.”
- If it is not restored, update the App and OS, restart the device, and try again.
3. Ads still appear or a benefit is unavailable
If restoring does not resolve the issue, use the contact form and include your OS, device model, App version, purchase store, and steps to reproduce. Never send a card number or password.
4. Refunds
- Apple App Store: Request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Apple decides and processes the refund.
- Google Play: Follow Google Play’s refund guidance. If the applicable period has passed or the issue remains unresolved, contact us with the order number (usually beginning with GPA.) and details.
If a confirmed defect prevents delivery of the paid feature and restoration or a fix cannot resolve it, we will respond under the store process and applicable law. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights.
5. If distribution or support ends
If distribution or support ends, we will provide advance notice where reasonably possible and stop new sales of Ad-Free Premium before stopping new App distribution. We will maintain the stated benefits and purchase restoration for existing purchasers for as long as reasonably practical. Purchases made shortly before shutdown, or purchases whose paid benefit could not meaningfully be used, will be handled individually under store rules and applicable law. Indefinite operation across future OS, device, and store changes is not guaranteed.
